<p style="margin:0in 0in 0pt" class=MsoNormal><span style="font-family:'Arial', 'sans-serif';color:blue;font-size:10pt">We are finding that in Internet Explorer especially, using the feature that allows you to delete all cookies at once isn't really working for most people.  You will likely have to manually search and delete all cookies in your Temporary Internet Files folder that have a site with 'iectc57' in the URL, not the cookie or file name.  Tony Adams had to do this for one user via GoToMeeting already, and Tony is happy to offer the same to you if you'd like.  Just let him know via email tony.adams <span style="font-family:'Tahoma', 'sans-serif';font-size:10pt">at comcast.net </span>or the help desk...  </span></p>
